We're partnering with Weston and Utah Avalanche Center to bring you the 2nd Annual Beacon Bash, Sunday, January 29th! Utah Mountain Adventures' guides Cody Hughes and Kiira Antenucci will be providing FREE Intro to Backcountry Skiing & Splitboarding Tours in the morning and afternoon.
This annual event is one of the premier avalanche education and backcountry community gatherings in Utah! Brush up on avalanche skills with the UAC, meet new backcountry touring partners, demo new gear, and raise funds for a non-profit organization vital to our livelihood as backcountry enthusiasts and mountain professionals and recreationalists.
Register for a free introduction to backcountry tour where you will spend a couple hours connecting with your professional, local, fun, friendly guides at Utah Mountain Adventures. UMA guides will lead tours in Brighton and can help you dial in your gear, while teaching touring techniques and discussing the finer things of transitioning into the backcountry.
This event benefits the Utah Avalanche Center! The UAC is essential to keeping our mountain community informed around the clock with world class avalanche forecasting and informative, educational "State of the Snowpack" forecast discussions.
Join us at the Beacon Bash to show your appreciation for the great work they've done during this unprecedented winter!
